Nursery
Our lovely full-day baby facility has lots to offer. There are 3 defined rooms to cater for different age groups. The 0-2 babies have a cosy, homely room for exploration, with an adjacent resting/eating area. There is easy access to a large secure outdoor space.
The 2-5 year-olds have a fun upstairs space, with access to child sized toilet and 2 homely rooms with free flow between them. Also, there is a new extension to the building providing a larger floor space, toilets and disability toilet. This room has immediate access into the secure, fully enclosed garden. The garden space can be used as one or divided up for different ages.
Our aims for the babies, is to give them a homely, nurturing environment, where they can thrive, explore and enjoy secure relationships.
The 2-5’s will enjoy the same opportunities as our pre-school children. They are valued as individuals, encouraged to learn through their play, gain confidence in what they achieve, and explore adult led activities.
In the last year we work towards school readiness, to enable the children to be resilient and school ready, for a smooth transition into life at school.
